Evolve Ltd. was established in December 2000. A group of individuals, who collaborated previously under the Central brokerage company Plc. (Centralna borzno posredniška družba, d.d.), has identified a market opportunity.

Results of a years-long development of software applications for financial institutions, as well as rich experiences from working with clients and many own findings have led in 2002 to the decision of investment in the development of the software platform Shark - the platform for comprehensive support of business processes of various financial institutions.

During the period of 16 years Evolve d.o.o. became the lead developer in the Slovenian financial investment environment, reaching towards the foreign countries. The main focus is investing in the complete financial investment business solutions for the clients, with a strong focus in Custody, Brokerage and Asset under Management business. 

Evolve d.o.o. is a growing company with employees of 10+ years working experience in the field of coding solutions for Custody business. Employees are experts in their areas and are able to combine business requirement and their own knowledge of the infrastructure and therefore giving quick and efficient solutions.
